1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777cv ("777cv", "we", "us", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 777cv platform, including but not limited to the website at 777cv.app, any associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming products offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 777cv, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777cv platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the 777cv Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 777cv platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777cv strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777cv is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where 777cv's services are explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when registering or using a 777cv account.
• Employees, directors, contractors, or agents of 777cv or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts.

777cv reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on 777cv. Opening multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly through family members sharing payment methods or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. 777cv will never ask for your password.
• Notify 777cv immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

777cv will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

777cv operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions — deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings — are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 777cv reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at checkout.
• Withdrawals: Processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within a few hours under normal operating conditions. 777cv reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Refused transactions: 777cv reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are not entitled to interest. Funds held in your 777cv wallet are not covered by any government-backed deposit protection scheme.

All payments must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777cv complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino games, card games (including Callbreak and Nine), and other gaming products offered on 777cv are subject to applicable product-specific rules, which are published within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Bets are accepted at 777cv's sole discretion. 777cv reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player except where the relevant product rules explicitly permit it.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or obvious pricing error, 777cv reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account wallet.
• Winnings will be credited to your 777cv account wallet upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• 777cv employs fraud detection systems. Any evidence of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, use of bots or automated tools, or exploitation of pricing errors will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of all associated bets and winnings.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777cv may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be assigned to any other player or account.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 777cv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where 777cv identifies abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, structuring bets to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — 777cv may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777cv and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through associates.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the 777cv platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making any chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through 777cv's official support channels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cv platform — including but not limited to the 777cv brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, and written content — is the intellectual property of 777cv or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cv platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 777cv content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the 777cv Privacy Policy, which is available at 777cv.app/privacy-policy. By using 777cv, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 777cv implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

777cv does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may occur. 777cv will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime but cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination & Suspension

777cv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon permanent closure of an account for non-breach reasons, any verified positive balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus obligations.

You may close your 777cv account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that closure of an account does not cancel any pending bets placed prior to the closure request.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cv holds its gaming license.
